Terms and Conditions

We strive to meet our customers expectations; however we do have terms and conditions  to keep things equal between both parties.


  • You may withdraw and cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Any monies will be returned within a reasonable period of time depending on method of original transaction.
  • Although we strive for perfection, we  sometimes make mistakes therefore we do our best to provide clear information on our website, but reserve the right to not be responsible for website issues as a result of our website provider.
  • Please be respectful to our team when contacting us or should you find us at a local Arts & Crafts Show. We will not tolerate hate or abusive behavior. 
  • We do reserve the right to remove a user from our email system for abusive or bullying behavior.


Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are acceptable for UNUSED, incorrect or damaged items within 10 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be provided upon receipt of goods in the expected conditions of the Return Authorization.
